Once reported through your online account, maintenance issues are categorised by urgency. Emergency issues (like water leaks or heating failures) are addressed within 24 hours, while non-urgent matters are typically resolved within 3-5 working days. You can track the status of all repairs through your account.

You can easily reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive this email or need further assistance, contact your local scottfraser branch.
