Established in 1998, scottfraser specialises in quality rental property in key locations throughout Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. We have recruited one of the most experienced teams of ARLA trained and qualified property professionals operating in Oxfordshire, distinguished by their enthusiasm and integrity.
Our Oxford lettings team work in harmony from three strategically located offices in Summertown, Headington and East Oxford, covering the city and surrounding villages. Our country presence is strengthened by our Witney team operating from historic offices in the Market Square covering the town itself, surrounding villages and the Cotswolds.
The scottfraser service, combined with additional security from scottfraser’s own rent protection plans, is designed to look after your property as if it were our own. We understand that your property is a valuable asset and always endeavour to minimise costs, void periods and to maintain high professional standards.
Our specialist HMO service is available to clients requiring expert care in letting and managing HMO investments, along with a Premium Management Service for landlords requiring further enhancement to our Full Management package.
In addition, we offer an investment property acquisition service alongside portfolio management; both are designed for investor landlords with larger portfolios. We appreciate that the needs and expectations of a portfolio client are different to that of the traditional landlord. With this in mind, our in house Portfolio & Property Centre offers clients one single point of contact to ensure that their property portfolio is managed as efficiently as possible.
