This depends on your personal circumstances. We begin marketing properties two to three months before they're available, although student accommodation can be offered up to nine months in advance. We recommend giving yourself as much time as possible to find the perfect property. If you're currently renting, check your contractual notice period with your current landlord.
Pets are only allowed with the expressed written consent of the landlord. In blocks of flats, the head lease usually prohibits keeping pets. The landlord may impose extra restrictions or requirements such as a compulsory carpet clean at the end of your tenancy.
