I have just sold my house in Oxford through Scott Fraser estate agents based in Summertown. The sales agent and manager were incredibly helpful and did far more than I could have dreamt of. I was an overseas landlord so I could not meet up with tradespeople and do other things. They went out of their way to make the process go smoothly. They gave very good and balanced advice. They were kind and helpful in situations when everything did not go to plan even though it was not due to them. They were always very easy to contact and very supportive with excellent advice and contacts with trades people. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I thought there were no good agents in Oxford until Saville recommended me to Richard at Scott Fraser. Mixed reviews on the internet, so I was a little sceptical about them in the beginning but they proved me wrong. Richard head the sales team there with William and Caia. The whole team has been amazing throughout the whole process, from valuation through to final sale. The valuation was realistic and fair. Photography and marketing was delivered with professionalism. The viewings were conducted with professionalism and care. There was never any query / questions too trivial and the whole team was on top of our sale, so you can call up and speak to any member of the team to get an answer. Follow-up is excellent and they will always call back, if they don’t have an answer. They also go above and beyond to sort out any issues, and find solutions that works for both the buyer and seller.
