5 stars for Alison Haznedari​. She was very helpful. We were in New Zealand and communications were difficult due to 11 hours time difference. But Alison was able to help us to complete all formalities within a few days. The whole procedure in Scott Fraser does not look easy. You have to have a UK bank account and phone number to be able to rent. A lot of forms to fill. My previous rental in the UK was much simpler.

We had a really hard task: urgently rent a house near Oxford being in New Zealand. We tried a lot of agencies, but in vain - they didn't like to deal with us.
